Every website project begins with a simple brand guide that brings clarity and consistency to your visual identity. This one-page document outlines your fonts, color palette, and overall aesthetic direction — serving as a creative reference for both your website and future marketing materials. You’ll have a clear foundation for how your brand should look and feel across every platform.
Content Upload

You provide the words and images (Squarespace-native stock photos provided)— I’ll take care of the rest. From uploading and formatting your copy to organizing your visuals in the most effective way, I ensure your message flows naturally and your site feels cohesive from top to bottom. This step saves you time and eliminates the guesswork, allowing you to focus on your business while your content comes to life beautifully online.
Customized Design

No cookie-cutter templates here. Your website will be designed specifically for your brand’s personality, audience, and goals. I’ll create a cohesive layout, select on-brand visuals, and fine-tune the details to ensure your online presence feels both professional and personal. Every project is crafted with care to reflect the unique story behind your business or ministry.
SEO Optimization

Before launch, your website will receive a basic SEO setup to help it perform well in search engines. Using the keywords you provide, I’ll add them strategically to page titles, descriptions, and image tags — giving your site a strong foundation to be found on Google and other search platforms. You’ll start with the essentials you need to build visibility and growth.
Mobile-Friendly Adjustments

More than half of web visitors browse on their phones — so every site I design is optimized for mobile from the start. Each page is adjusted for smooth viewing on smaller screens, ensuring your content looks great and functions perfectly whether your audience visits on a phone, tablet, or desktop.

I charge a $200 project fee plus $100 per page for Squarespace website designs. So, a four-page site (home, about, services, contact) would cost $600.
There may be an upcharge for:
- Long pages such as sales pages
- A required brand guide if you do not yet have one
- Images that need to be specifically designed for your page
- Plugins or third-party integrations
- Domain transfer support
I set most website orders at 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the site. I will usually have a draft ready for you within a few days, and we will spend the remainder of the time adjusting the design until you are happy with each page.
You will provide the text that is to appear on each page, your brand information (fonts, colors, logos, image feel), and any design inspiration you’d like me to draw from. I recommend having a clear vision of what you like, so we can get on the same page and work towards your goals.
We will work collaboratively on SEO. I recommend doing your own research on the best keywords for your business.
Squarespace has built-in SEO tools, which I will utilize for your business. I will add a keyword-heavy description and site title to the site and individual pages, if needed. I will also place keywords as alt text on images.
If you do not yet have a brand guide, let’s build one together before you get started. This will help you get clear on your design vision for your business and help you with future projects/orders. The price of a brand guide is dependent on what you’ve already gathered and still require.
In addition to a brand guide and website, I am also able to design lead magnets, sales-page mockups, social media templates, and more.
