I charge a $200 project fee plus $100 per page for Squarespace website designs. So, a four-page site (home, about, services, contact) would cost $600.
There may be an upcharge for:
- Long pages such as sales pages
- A required brand guide if you do not yet have one
- Images that need to be specifically designed for your page
- Plugins or third-party integrations
- Domain transfer support
I set most website orders at 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the site. I will usually have a draft ready for you within a few days, and we will spend the remainder of the time adjusting the design until you are happy with each page.
You will provide the text that is to appear on each page, your brand information (fonts, colors, logos, image feel), and any design inspiration you’d like me to draw from. I recommend having a clear vision of what you like, so we can get on the same page and work towards your goals.
We will work collaboratively on SEO. I recommend doing your own research on the best keywords for your business.
Squarespace has built-in SEO tools, which I will utilize for your business. I will add a keyword-heavy description and site title to the site and individual pages, if needed. I will also place keywords as alt text on images.
If you do not yet have a brand guide, let’s build one together before you get started. This will help you get clear on your design vision for your business and help you with future projects/orders. The price of a brand guide is dependent on what you’ve already gathered and still require.
In addition to a brand guide and website, I am also able to design lead magnets, sales-page mockups, social media templates, and more.
