Custom Canva Template System for a Self-Care & Wellness Brand

This project was created for a wellness educator focused on teaching self-care practices, breathing methods, and restorative routines. As his work expanded across social media, presentations, and digital learning materials, he needed a cohesive visual system that felt calm, grounded, and aligned with the nature of his teachings.

Rather than isolated designs, the goal was to build a complete Canva-based template system that would support his content, courses, and educational materials—while remaining simple enough for him to confidently update and use on his own.

The Goal

The goal was to create a unified visual system that reflects the calm, intentional nature of self-care and breathwork. At the start of his business, this entrepreneur desired visual consistency across platforms and content types and templates that would make it easy for him to work independently inside Canva. 

The designs needed to feel soothing and professional without being clinical or overly styled.

The Approach

Premium Canva Template Suite

The project included a full set of custom Canva templates designed to work together seamlessly, including:

• Social media posts, including carousels, Instagram stories, and reel covers

• Presentation slides for teaching

• Ebook and workbook layouts for guided practices and courses

Each template was created with visual calm and readability in mind, using spacing, typography, and layout to support reflection and learning.

Designed for Ease of Use

Because the client wanted to actively work within Canva, the templates were intentionally built to be intuitive and flexible. Elements are easy to duplicate, adjust, and reuse—allowing him to focus on teaching and care rather than design decisions.

One-Page Brand Guide for Visual Clarity

As the project progressed, it became clear that a simple visual reference was needed. I created a one-page brand guide outlining colors, fonts, and overall design direction to ensure all current and future materials stay visually aligned.

Collaborative, Supportive Process

This project involved close communication to ensure the visuals supported the tone and intention of the content. Feedback was incorporated carefully, resulting in materials the client felt proud to share and confident using.

The Outcome

The final result is a cohesive Canva template system that supports calm, clarity, and consistency across the brand. With clear visual direction and ready-to-use templates, the client can now create content, presentations, and educational materials that align with his self-care philosophy and feel easy to maintain.
