NurturPro is a rapidly growing marketing agency that provides comprehensive marketing services to real estate offices. As they continue to acquire new clients, they needed a design partner who could support that growth by creating custom social media template sets for each new real estate brand they onboard.
While the content structure remains similar across clients—listings, open houses, new agents, promotions, and announcements—the visual identity for each office must feel completely distinct. My role is to take NurturPro’s proven content system and translate it into unique, on-brand template packs for every new client they serve.
The Goal
The goal was to support NurturPro’s agency model by providing a repeatable, reliable design process and custom template systems for each real estate office, keeping a visual distinction between brands, even with similar content. To make this service a must-have, I needed to provide high-quality, professional graphics that elevate the agency’s service
These templates needed to feel premium, adaptable, and easy for the agency to deploy—while reinforcing each client’s individual brand identity.
The Approach
Template Systems Based on Proven Content Types
NurturPro came to me with a defined set of recurring post types used across their clients, such as listings, open houses, and new agent introductions. Each template pack is built around these content needs, ensuring consistency in messaging while allowing flexibility in visual execution.
Distinct Branding for Every Client
Although the post types are similar, the design is never reused. Each real estate office receives a fully customized template set that reflects their specific branding—colors, typography, imagery preferences, and overall tone. Many templates are headshot-heavy, which requires careful layout and spacing to keep each design feeling polished and intentional.
Designed for Scale & Speed
The systems are built in Canva, allowing NurturPro to quickly customize content while maintaining high visual standards. This makes onboarding new clients faster and more efficient, without sacrificing quality or creativity.
Ongoing Creative Partnership
This is not a one-time project. Each time NurturPro signs a new real estate client, I step in to design a new template system aligned with that brand. This ongoing collaboration allows the agency to scale confidently while offering a consistently high level of design across all client accounts.
The Outcome
NurturPro now has a reliable design workflow that supports continuous growth. Each real estate office receives social media templates that feel tailored, professional, and visually distinct—despite sharing a common content framework.
This project demonstrates my ability to design repeatable systems with creative variation, helping agencies deliver high-quality work at scale while retaining clients through strong visual differentiation.
