Social Media Content Design for a Conversation-Driven Brand

Vantage Point Presents is a community-focused platform centered on encouraging thoughtful conversations around diversity, awareness, and shared human experiences. I partnered with this entrepreneur for approximately a year, serving as both a designer and content collaborator to help bring consistency, clarity, and intention to their social media presence.

This project extended beyond graphic design—it involved planning content themes, supporting messaging direction, and ensuring posts felt cohesive, timely, and aligned with the brand’s purpose.

The Goal

The goal was to create a consistent, recognizable social media presence that could support meaningful engagement rather than surface-level scrolling. The content needed to feel approachable, visually cohesive, and flexible enough to support a variety of post types—including holidays, conversation starters, and reflective quotes.

At the same time, the system needed to be efficient and sustainable for ongoing use.

The Approach

Content Planning & Visual Consistency

I collaborated with the team to plan recurring content themes, including awareness dates, conversation prompts, and quote-based posts. Visual consistency was key, ensuring followers could immediately recognize the brand while still keeping content fresh.

Designed Social Media Templates

Custom Canva templates were created to support ongoing posting, making it easy to swap out text while maintaining brand alignment. These templates helped streamline the posting process and ensured consistent typography, spacing, and color usage across the feed.

Caption Writing & Scheduling Support

In addition to design, I supported caption writing and content scheduling, helping the team maintain momentum and consistency. This included drafting thoughtful captions that aligned with the brand’s voice and purpose, as well as preparing posts for scheduled release.

As Vantage Point Presents placed repeating orders, I became a consistent part of the team, needing little direction to keep their social media presence active, offer creative direction and input, and adapt designs as the brand evolved.

The Outcome

Vantage Point Presents developed a cohesive, intentional social media presence that supported ongoing engagement and conversation. The visual consistency and content planning made posting easier and more sustainable, while the collaborative approach allowed the brand to grow without losing its voice.

This project highlights my ability to support brands not just with visuals, but with systems and collaboration that make content easier to manage long-term.
