Varsity Consulting partners with schools to run fundraising campaigns, each with its own messaging, visuals, and calls to action. I collaborated with their team to design a complete set of campaign graphics that could be used across multiple platforms while staying cohesive, flexible, and easy to deploy.
This project required more than individual social posts—it needed a full visual system that could support a live campaign from start to finish.
The Goal
The goal was to create a comprehensive campaign asset suite that would clearly communicate the fundraising message, maintain visual consistency across platforms, be flexible enough to adapt to different campaign needs, and support a quick rollout without sacrificing quality.
Everything needed to feel professional, energetic, and easy for teams to use during an active fundraising push.
The Approach
Campaign-First Visual Planning
Rather than designing isolated graphics, we approached this as a complete campaign system. Visual hierarchy, messaging clarity, and call-to-action placement were planned upfront to ensure consistency across every asset.
Multi-Asset Graphic Suite
The final deliverables included:
A primary campaign hero image
Coordinated background patterns
Three supporting header-style graphics
Multiple social media post formats
Call-to-action graphics designed to drive engagement
Each piece was designed to work independently and as part of a cohesive set.
Template-Based Design for Reuse
The assets were created as reusable templates, allowing Varsity Consulting to easily adjust text, images, or details for future campaigns. This made the system scalable and efficient beyond a single use.
Brand Alignment & Clarity
The visuals were designed to align with Varsity Consulting’s brand while remaining adaptable for school-specific messaging. This balance helped the campaign feel both professional and relevant to its audience.
The Outcome
The final campaign system gave Varsity Consulting a flexible, professional toolkit they could confidently deploy during fundraising efforts. The cohesive design helped reinforce messaging, improve clarity, and streamline execution—making the campaign easier to manage and more visually impactful.
This project highlights my approach to designing systems, not just individual graphics—supporting real-world use and repeat application.
